Overview of Visualization Settings - Define | Design | Discover | Describe

You can edit query definitions, change design elements, add or configure One AI Embedded Insights, and add descriptions to your visualizations without leaving your Storyboard through the Define, Design, Discover, and Describe panel. 

To access the visualization settings panel, go into Storyboard Modify Mode and either 1) Build a Storyboard, or 2) hover over the header of a tile to reveal the Settings text label.

The Define tab enables you to build and edit queries in Storyboards. Select your data visualization type then add your metrics, dimensions, pivoted dimensions and pivoted columns before running and previewing the query or updating the Storyboard. Discover

The Discover tab contains settings for One AI Embedded Insights, which integrate statistical capabilities directly into tiles. These capabilities supplement your existing people data by leveraging it to derive information and present that information back to you. This tab will only be visible if the visualization defined supports one or more Embedded Insights.

Describe

The Describe tab enables you to add or edit annotations to basic charts. Annotations are a powerful way to make your charts and graphs not only more informative but also more engaging and accessible.  Full details about Annotations are in this article:
