Sharing

Sharing your Storyboards and your Charts, remains unchanged. You simply share the Storyboards and export the tiles the same way. View this article for more information about sharing your Storyboards.  One thing to be aware of is that changes to the primary palette including edits will apply to ALL users.

Notes for Explore and Chart Palette Options

Historically, chart color palettes were configured within the Explore tab. While this method is still available, we recommend managing chart color palettes centrally via the Branding page for better consistency and easier administration across Storyboards and Storyboard Tiles.

To change the colors of your data visualizations and query results:

  1. Go to the Explore tab
  2. Click on Edit Options in the left hand menu
  3. Select Chart Palette Options
  4. Make your changes
  5. Save or leave without saving to discard

Note: Color palettes saved in Explore will also appear under Admin > Branding > Chart Color Palette to support backward compatibility.
