Release Notes - 2025.06.11

Welcome to the latest One Model product release update. This article provides an overview of the  product innovations and improvements to be delivered on 11 June 2025.

One AI

• Enhanced Role-Based Permissions for One AI Assistant Features
  We’ve introduced greater flexibility in role-based access control within One AI Assistant. It is now possible to create application access roles with the ability to use One AI Assistant’s Storyboard search capability and the ability to generate data visualizations separately.
  • The permission to search for Storyboards, CanAccessOneAIAssistantStoryboards, is no longer dependent on also being granted the CanAccessOneAIAssistant permission.
  • The CanAccessOneAIAssistant permission has been renamed to CanAccessOneAIAssistantVisualizations for improved clarity. This change does not affect existing configurations—any roles that previously had CanAccessOneAIAssistant enabled will automatically have CanAccessOneAIAssistantVisualizations enabled following the update.
  • Application Access Roles can now be configured to grant access to CanAccessOneAIAssistantVisualizations, CanAccessOneAIAssistantStoryboards, or both, based on user needs.
  • Example prompts in One AI Assistant are now tied to the role permissions. If a role only has access to either CanAccessOneAIAssistantStoryboards or CanAccessOneAIAssistantVisualizations, they will only see the configured prompts related to the corresponding capability. 

User Experience Improvements

• We’ve added user-configurable styling options for the new Conversion Rates feature in Funnel Charts to enhance design flexibility.  When 'Show Conversion Rate' is enabled, new settings appear under the General section of the Design tab, allowing you to adjust the Size, Colour, Bold, Fill Colour, and Border Colour of the conversion rate display.(ref 23834)

Minor Improvements & Bugs Squashed

• As part of our Highcharts v12 upgrade, we’ve aligned Funnel Charts with modern styling by enabling support for rounded corners.  This new setting is available under Structure & Spacing in the Design tab, enhancing visual consistency across chart types. (ref 23828)
• In Design preview mode, changes to the 'Data Label' and 'Hide Leader Lines' toggles for Basic, Pie, and Funnel charts were not immediately reflected in the chart preview.  With this update, toggle changes are instantly visible eliminating the need to select 'Update Storyboard' to see the effect.(ref 23992)

• We fixed a minor display issue where the 'Link Tile to Storyboard' and 'Delete' options were incorrectly ordered in the tile settings menu for Sankey, Funnel, and Org charts. These options are now consistently ordered to match basic charts.(ref 23009)
