If your organization uses Greenhouse and wants deeper, automated insight into your hiring performance, connecting it with One Model through the API is a powerful, low-effort way to unlock smarter, more strategic talent decisions.
Follow these steps to connect your Greenhouse instance to One Model.
1. Log into Greenhouse

Generate or use an existing Harvest API key following these instructions from Greenhouse: https://support.greenhouse.io/hc/en-us/articles/5888163769883-Create-a-Harvest-API-key-for-an-integration
- Under Manage Permissions, enable the following permissions.
Please ensure you check the boxes for because the data source use these API end points to check the health of Greenhouse API
- Get: Retrieve user
- Get: List users
3. Click Save to apply the permissions.
1a. Change API key permissions
If you already have an API key set up, you have the option to change the API key permissions as follows:
To adjust access for an existing API key:
- Go to Dev Center > API Credential Management.

Click the pencil icon next to the API key you want to change.
- Update permissions and click Save.
2. Setup Greenhouse Data Source at One Model
- Login to your One Model instance and go to Data>Data Sources>Add Data Source.
- Click the Greenhouse data source menu.
3. Enter the destination schema
4. Enter the Harvest Key you created into the secret key
5. Pick the API end point for Greenhouse
6. Click the Update button to save this configuration and you're done.
