Release Notes - 2026.01.21

Welcome to the latest One Model product release update. This article provides an overview of the  product innovations and improvements to be delivered on 21 January 2026.

User Experience Improvements

• You can now share Storyboards directly with individual users, making it easier to collaborate while still respecting existing data security rules. Users with the appropriate sharing permission can grant access to specific Storyboards, and recipients will only see data allowed by their Data Access Roles. Before sharing, a category must be selected (or created), and unshared Storyboards will automatically move into the chosen category when shared. The Storyboard Library continues to show who a Storyboard is shared with, and a new admin report is available (for those with admin-report access) to help monitor and audit shared users.

All Storyboard user-sharing activity is also tracked in the audit logs, with detailed information available in the Audit Logs report, giving administrators additional visibility and traceability over how Storyboards are shared.

A huge thank you to all our beta testers for their feedback and real-world scenarios, which helped refine how permissions, data access, and user experience work together in this feature.
