How to Create a New Storyboard Category

In the Storyboard Library, your storyboards are grouped into Categories. These categories are visible to users who have permission to at least one of the storyboards within a category.

To edit an existing category, click on the pencil next to the category you wish to change. Then enter the new category name, and click Save.

To create a new category, you will need to go to a storyboard that you want to share to the new category.

In the below example, we are going to move the ‘Deep Dive Data - Workforce’ storyboard to a new ‘Deep Dive’ category.

  1. Click on the 3 dot action menu next to the storyboard, and then go to the ‘Sharing’ tab
  2. You will see the current category for the storyboard, in this case ‘1-AAA’

  1. Click in the Category box where it says ‘1-AAA’ and start typing your new category name. The text below will change to “Create ‘Deep Dive’” (or whatever your new category name is)
  2. Click on the drop-down to confirm and then click ‘Share’

  1. A green confirmation banner will appear at the top of the screen, and your new category will now appear in the Library menu
