2026 November 11 - Release Notes

  • Updated

Welcome to the latest One Model product release update. This article provides an overview of the product innovations and improvements to be delivered on 10 November 2026.

User Experience Improvements

List Tables

  • Set a default sort order for List Tables. Storyboard designers can now set a default column sort on a List Table. In the tile's Design tab, turn on Default Sort in the new Sorting section, then choose a column and a direction (ascending or descending). Everyone who opens the storyboard sees the table in that order, with a sort icon on the sorted column. Viewers can still sort by any column temporarily, and can Shift+click column headers to sort by more than one column. A sort by more than one column isn't saved, and a default sort uses one column only. Blank values now always sort last, in either direction. Previously, column sorting only lasted for the current session, and the table reset to query order on refresh. (Ref 23645)

Storyboard Sharing and Library

  • See at a glance who can access a storyboard. The Roles tab in storyboard Sharing now has a Filter by option, so you can quickly see which roles can view or edit a storyboard. (Ref 29428)

  • The Storyboards library now shows descriptions instead of owners. The Owner column has been removed from the Storyboards library, and everyone now sees the Description column instead. To edit a description, open the Settings panel from the three dots menu, either in the Storyboards library or in the storyboard itself. (Ref 29425)

Storyboard Tiles

  • Repair tables that use a deleted column, dimension or metric. You can now open Define on tables in storyboards that use a deleted column, dimension or metric. The broken item is flagged so you can remove or replace it and run the table again, without rebuilding it in Explore. (Ref 30171)
  • Subtitles are kept when you pin a tile. Fixed an issue where a tile's subtitle was removed when pinning it to a new or existing storyboard from the Pin to panel. The subtitle is now kept on the pinned tile. (Ref 29861)
  • CSV exports download correctly in Safari. Fixed an issue where exporting a CSV in Safari opened the file in a browser tab instead of downloading it. CSV exports from the tile menu, drill-through, the One AI Assistant and the Exports page now download as a file. (Ref 30198)

Funnel Charts

  • Clearer limits when building a funnel. When a funnel chart can take no more metrics or stage dimensions, the matching + button in Define is now hidden, instead of letting you add a selection that fails when the chart runs. (Ref 30532)
  • Add filters to funnels that use more than one metric. Fixed an issue where adding a filter to a funnel chart with two or more metrics stopped the chart from running in Define and the One AI Assistant, including funnels pinned from Explore and edited later. You can now add a filter to these funnels. (Ref 30531)

Data Integration Innovations

Data Loading Reliability

  • Fewer false errors in API run logs. Fixed an issue where the API processor logged false errors after an API run was cancelled. When a newer run started, results still arriving from the cancelled run were reported as unexpected errors. These late results are now accepted quietly, and a task that is genuinely missing is logged only once. There is no change to data or run outcomes. (Ref 30659)
  • Data loads recover from database failovers. During a database failover, the data loading pipeline could mark data load files as errored or drop their processing messages, leaving data loads stuck. Connection failures seen during a failover are now treated as temporary, so the file is retried a few minutes later instead. (Ref 30609)
  • Large JSON files convert much faster. Fixed an issue where converting a file containing a very large JSON array could take many hours, causing the data load to expire before the file was ready. Conversion time now grows in line with file size, so files with millions of rows should convert in minutes rather than hours. (Ref 30444)

Universal Connector

  • A redesigned user experience to configure the Universal Connector. Configuring a Universal Connector now follows a step-by-step workflow: Connection, Authentication, Variables, then each endpoint in the order it runs. Each endpoint’s panel shows which endpoints feed it, the inputs it receives and which endpoints run after it. Select Overview to open an interactive map of the whole configuration, showing how endpoints feed into each other and the tables they produce. From the map you can edit, add, copy, delete or turn endpoints on and off, collapse and expand branches, and focus on a single chain of endpoints. Problems such as an endpoint using an input that nothing provides are highlighted in both the workflow and the map. Your existing configurations and settings are unchanged; only the way you move through them is new. (Ref 30528)

  • Test endpoints while you configure them. A new test panel sends a live request from the configuration screen, so you can check an endpoint before you save it. Step through pages of results, see exactly what each selector picks up and passes on to dependent endpoints, and preview the tables the endpoint will produce, including any duplicate or missing keys. Users other than One Model administrators need to re-enter credentials to run a test. (Ref 30528)

  • Page through results using a total from the API response. The Incrementing Transformer can now take its maximum value from the API response, as well as from a fixed value. Choose a selector to read the total from the first response, and the connector pages until it reaches that total. This supports sources that return an error, rather than an empty page, when a request goes past the last result. Existing configurations that use a fixed maximum value work as before. (Ref 30012)

Successfactors API Connector

  • Stronger protection for SuccessFactors credentials. Loading SuccessFactors metadata now requires permission to configure data sources, and endpoint addresses are checked before any credentials are sent. (Ref 29069)

Data Processing Innovations

  • Set the run date in your own timezone in Processing Scripts. The current_date keyword in Processing Scripts now accepts an optional timezone, written as current_date('<timezone>'). This lets you add the new day to Time Dimensions as of the timezone you choose, instead of always using UTC. (Ref 30433)
  • Easier to read SQL Explorer results. Long values in a SQL Explorer cell are now collapsed when they wrap past a third line, and a cell can be at most a third of the table's width. This keeps rows compact and makes the result set much easier to read. (Ref 25751)
  • More reliable Data Destinations. We improved the stability of Data Destinations, particularly when a destination delivers a large number of files, by managing the internal storage on our servers more effectively. (Ref 29782)

Minor Improvements & Bugs Squashed

  • Permission tooltips display correctly. Fixed an issue where the tooltip for the CanAccessRawData permission on the Application Features and Application Access Role Permissions pages showed stray <br /> text. The tooltip now displays as formatted text. (Ref 30550)
  • Dimension node IDs with special characters work with role-based security. When a dimension node's ID contained a colon (:) or an arrow (->), some hierarchy features could behave incorrectly on sites with role-based security applied in search. Node IDs with these characters are now handled correctly. The fix takes effect after your site's next data load or dimension cache refresh. (Ref 30040)
