How can I strengthen my model?

Answer: The following are some of the ways you can strengthen your model:

  • Hone in on a subset of your population when building your model
  • Bring in new data such as compensation or performance data
  • Use per column interventions to force your model to include/exclude certain columns or treat columns as categorical or continuous
  • Broaden the scope of your model to include more standard attributes
  • Change the amount of history your model learns from
  • Create and/or include generative attributes
  • Override dimensionality reduction to increase or decrease the amount of columns your model includes
  • Change the null drop threshold
