What is considered an acceptable/strong F1 score?

Answer: This will depend both on the type of augmentation you are working with and how you intend to use the results. An F1 score is considered perfect when it's 1, while the model is a total failure when it's 0. Remember: All models are wrong, all models will generate some false negatives, some false positives, and possibly both but can still be very useful. Generally speaking, for an attrition model, for the terminating label an F1 score in the 0.25 to 0.70 range is generally considered to be acceptable.  For the Non-Terminating label, we shoot for 0.80 to 0.95.  Results outside of those ranges might be acceptable but should be validated.
