Why can't I move or delete a page in the Multi-Page Storyboard?

If you find that the options to move or delete a page is grayed out, as shown here;

It is likely because your Storyboard only has 1 page. You can't move the page as it is page one of one, and to delete the page, you will need to delete the Storyboard.
