Release Notes - 2025.05.14

User Experience Improvements

  • We’re excited to introduce the beta release of Storyboard Notifications - a new feature that helps you stay on top of your data and periodically send links to key Storyboards to your inbox. This is a great way to surface specific Storyboards with different business and HR lifecycle events throughout the year, e.g. Compensation Reviews, Performance Cycle checkins, Talent/Succession Reviews.

You can now set up schedules (daily, weekly, or monthly) to receive email notifications with a direct link to your Storyboard. Whether you're tracking HR metrics, operational KPIs, or other key business trends, this is a simple way to stay informed and quickly access the latest insights when it matters most.

  • We are pleased to introduce column sorting in List Tables and Drill-Through Tables, making it easier to organize and analyze data directly within tables.

For details on how to use this feature, sorting behavior, and key considerations, check out our Table Column Sorting Guide (ref 22375).

  • We have introduced a new "Percentage of Previous Step" option in Funnel Charts, allowing users to display conversion rates between steps. This feature is being released as a beta.  Previously, only the percentage of the initial value was available, but now users can toggle this setting on or off under the Design tab for greater flexibility in funnel analysis (ref 21399).

  • We have added an accessibility module that enhances screen reader support and keyboard navigation for charts. This module adds descriptions for screen readers, labels for data points, and enables keyboard interaction (e.g., users can tab to data points and trigger drill-through actions with the Space or Enter key). Check out our guide to Accessibility in One Model for more information. (ref 23402)

Minor Improvements & Bugs Squashed

  • When pinning tiles from a Storyboard to the Homepage, any existing link details in the tile title are now retained. This ensures that users can navigate to the correct target when clicking on the pinned tile on the Homepage. (ref 23949)

  • We resolved a bug with Pie charts in One AI Assistant where clicking on the Design tab after the chart rendered was displaying an error. (ref 3890)

  • The calculation for the time series outliers Insight in One AI Assistant has been updated to (each data point - the average of the prior 3 points) / the standard deviation of the prior 3 points. The first 3 points in a time series cannot be identified as outliers. (ref 3904)
