Release Notes - 2025.06.25

Welcome to the latest One Model product release update. This article provides an overview of the  product innovations and improvements to be delivered on 25 June 2025.

One AI

  • In this release we made several important improvements to example prompts in One AI Assistant. These changes are primarily being driven by the introduction of more capabilities in the assistant and the ability to permission each capability differently by role. (ref 3908 / 3970)
    • We switched to a single column list from a two column list to more cleanly display odd numbers of prompts.
    • The UI was updated to make the prompts more compact and the styling was tied to the branding setting for "Text Colour" in the "Slide Down Panel" section.
    • We removed the four example prompt limit.  Admins can now add any number of example prompts.
  • One AI Assistant now displays progress messages as it works through the process of displaying results. Messages like "Analyzing your query", "Finding relevant Storyboards", and "Building data visualization" keep you informed of what the assistant is doing.  (ref 3891)
  • We resolved a discrepancy in the work shown for the variability threshold in One AI Assistant Insights. (ref 3941)

User Experience Improvements

  • We’re excited to introduce a new Span Metric Visualization in Funnel Charts - an insightful new way to visualize time within your Recruitment stages. A thin stacked bar chart is now displayed alongside your funnel steps, giving you a clear view of time spent in each stage (e.g. Interview, Offer), an auto-calculated Total Time to Hire or relevant metric, and fully customizable styling for span size, colors, and format. This additional visual makes it easy to analyze duration alongside volume in processes such as recruitment or onboarding.  (ref 23848)
  • This enhancement builds on several other recent updates designed to polish and extend your funnel charts and recruitment stories:
    • In-Step Legend, which displays labels inside each funnel step, helping reduce clutter and improve readability.
    • Conversion Rate Enhancements, now showing % of Previous Step, with full control over styling, including color, fill, size, bold, and borders.
    • Additional Visual and Layout Updates, including icons, support for modern rounded edges and new Outside-Aligned Data Labels setting for a cleaner and more intuitive layout.

For customers using the Recruitment data in One Model: If you haven’t enabled Funnel Charts yet, now is a great time to start using them to visualize your recruitment pipeline. Metrics like “Time in Stage (Avg)” or “Time Since Application” are commonly used with this feature. If these aren’t currently available in your data model, an update to your processing script may be required.

For details on setting up and customizing Funnel Charts, including the Span Metric, see the updated Funnel Chart Guide in the Help Centre.

  • We made an enhancement to the Design panel of ScatterPlots to add customisation options. Now you can select from circle, square, diamond, triangle up or triangle down shapes, and adjust the size and opacity of your shapes through the Design panel on Storyboards.(ref 24497, 24369, 24368, 24345)

Data Processing Improvements

  • Site Validation will no longer show the old set of Site Validation Errors/Warnings while Site Validation is refreshing behind the scenes. It will now display a message  indicating that the list is currently refreshing. (ref 22953)

Minor Improvements & Bugs Squashed

  • After upgrading to Highcharts 12.2.0, we identified a regression that causes rotated data labels in Funnel and Pie charts to render incorrectly. We’ve lodged a support ticket with Highcharts and, in the meantime, have temporarily disabled data label rotation for these chart types.(ref 24462)
  • We fixed an issue where clicking a step in the Funnel Chart would leave it stuck in a grey highlight, even after drilling through. Now, clicking a step just triggers the drillthrough without the grey highlight. (ref 24261)
