Is there a size limit for manual file uploads?

Yes, the limit is 2GB, and you will receive an error message on the Upload screen if your file exceeds that amount. 

To upload files > 2GB, please speak with the Customer Success team regarding a transfer via SFTP. 

If you are having issues uploading a file that is less than 2GB, please review the troubleshooting tips here, or contact Customer Support.
