Can I share a saved Insight with another user?

How to share a link from your Insight Library

If you would like to share a saved Insight from your personal Insight Library with another One Model user, please follow the below steps. Note, the user receiving the Insight link will need to have application access to Explore, and any relevant data access permissions. 

1. Open Explore and click on the Insight Library icon 

2. Navigate to the saved Insight you want to share, and click on Open in Current Page

3. Select and copy the unique URL for sharing

Why can’t I share a link from the Global Insight Library?

In the main navigation bar, an Insight Library icon is also available for accessing saved Insights. 

However, this location does not provide access to the unique URL required for sharing an ‘unpublished’ Insight. From this menu, you can pin one or several Insights to an existing or new storyboard (and then share the storyboard or widget ID from there if you wish).
