Welcome to the latest One Model product release update. This article provides an overview of the product innovations and improvements to be delivered on 27 May 2026.
User Experience Improvements
- Table Totals — percentage display (Beta): You can now add percentages to Table Totals in Storyboards. This is available to all Storyboard editors as a beta feature. Learn more and share your feedback [here] (ref 28099).
- Enterprise AI usage now tracked in Usage Statistics: Interactions with One Model data via external Enterprise AI tools — such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT (via an MPC connector) — are now captured in Usage Statistics. Admins can monitor Enterprise AI adoption, understand how users are engaging with One Model through external tools, and distinguish this activity from internal One AI Assistant usage. For a full list of tracked events, see the Usage Statistics article (ref 27517).
- The Insight Library icon in the main navigation bar is now only visible to users with the CanCreateStoryboard permission. Previously the icon appeared for all users but would return an error when actioned. The Roles and Permissions and Insight Library Guide articles have been updated to reflect this (ref 28157, 28158).
- For customers using SCIM integration Audit Logs now include user and group provisioning events (create, update, patch, delete) as well as read events for sensitive endpoints. (ref 28125)
- Explore — clearer data limit messaging: The error message shown when a query exceeds the display limit has been updated to more clearly communicate that results may be incomplete. It now reads: "Data Limit Reached. The results are based on a partial data set and may not be accurate. Refine or export query to see all results."
Data Integration Innovations
- We've updated the status labels across a number of data source connectors to better reflect their maturity and support level (ref 27189).
- The Beta label has been removed from the following connectors, which are now fully supported: CSV Connector, Universal Connector, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Culture Amp, and Bitbucket.
- A Labs icon has been added to the following connectors to indicate they are available for early adoption: Elmo, HiBob REST API, HiBob Reports, PageUp, and ServiceNow.
Minor Improvements & Bugs Squashed
- We have made some small improvements to the One AI Assistant:
- When One AI Assistant presents multiple modes in the prompt window, hovering over a capability icon now shows a tooltip explaining what that mode does. Users can now understand the difference between Answers, Visualizations, Storyboards, Chat, and Analyze before making a selection. (ref 27860)
- Hyperlinks in Chat and Analyze responses now open in a new browser tab when clicked. Previously, links navigated away from One Model in the same tab, causing the session to reload and losing the assistant conversation. Users can now follow a link and return to their One Model session exactly where they left off (ref 27859).
- The Go button in One AI Assistant is no longer disabled when re-entering an identical prompt. Users can now re-submit the same prompt without needing to add a space or modify the text first. This is useful for retrying after an unexpected result or getting a fresh response (ref 27858).
- Resolved an error in Basic Charts that could appear when switching tabs, changing chart types, or reopening the One AI Assistant. This fix applies to both the Define panel of a Storyboard and the One AI Assistant (ref 28391).
- Resolved an issue where changes to vector configuration settings on the Configure One AI page were not persisting after save. Updates now sync correctly and are reflected on refresh (ref 28247)
- The rename, duplicate, and delete dropdown menu was being hidden behind the table header when selecting a list table insight. The actions menu has been updated to use the latest component format, fixing the overlap and aligning its appearance with the rest of the application (ref 28100)
- Chart types not supported in Explore — such as Waterfall and KPI — no longer appear in the Insight Library when accessed from the Explore page. Previously these would appear but return an error when opened (ref 27115).
- Fixed an issue where configuring a metric with two columns and a mathematical function (e.g. column a + column b) could produce incorrect results for period-based metrics (ref 28211).
- Exports from SQL Explorer no longer apply the limit from the LIMIT textbox, and therefore have no limits on the amount of data that can be exported from a single query, as long as it exports within ten minutes. Note: The number of records in the export can still be restricted using the LIMIT clause in SQL (ref 28156).
- Fixed an issue where Data Destinations can get stuck in a Canceling status when they are Canceled (ref 27882)
- The eagle-eyed among you may notice a new option in the Admin>Company page titled "External Data Integration Role ARN". This option is for an upcoming feature, so doesn't do anything just yet... (Ref 25017)
