Release Notes - 2022.04.20

User Experience

In the previous release we added the Deep Linking capability to One Model Storyboard tables and customers have already started using this and providing great feedback on the value this offers them in tying together their systems for users. You will have noticed that there is a user notification when clicking on one of these hyperlinks that tells you that you are navigating away to another web page and identifies the destination. We have included this as a default security configuration, but some customers might want to disable this notification as it is likely that all of the hyperlinks that are being configured are to trusted applications and closely controlled by their central administrators. This option is managed from the Company Admin page. (ref 11175)

We added the ability for customers to see more details about the Role Based Permissions assigned to a specific user. You can access this information from the Users page and this is controlled by the Application Access Permission “CanViewRoleDetails”. (ref 8865)

We've added a more clear error message to Workday Custom Reports in the case that the Report contains two fields with the same name. Reports having two fields with the same name are not supported. (ref 8379)
Fixed an issue where the Workday Custom Reports connector would error because Workday was in their Maintenance period. (ref 10644)
We removed several endpoints from being selectable in Workday because they have been replaced by Get_Worker (ref 8873):

- Get_Employee
- Get_Employee_Employment_Info
- Get_Employee_Image
- Get_Employee_Personal_Info
- Get_Employee_Related_Persons
Fixed an issue where Processing Scripts may get canceled if the Data Load started while a previous Data Load was still in the Cache Warming step.(ref 11199)
Fixed an issue where the Greenhouse connector could error if a very large number was included in the data. (ref 11173)
Fixed an issue where Oracle API Runs could break due to AWS Infrastructure maintenance. (ref 11165)
Fixed an issue where Oracle API Runs could break due to Oracle maintenance. (ref 10293)
